Avonda Fox - Founder & President

Avonda Fox is the loving mother of Jacob Fox, for whom the Jacob Fox Foundation was created. Avonda is a devoted mother, who was devastated by the loss of her precious young son in July, 2006.

Since losing Jacob, Avonda has become an Advocate for childcare & regulations reform in the state of Texas. Avonda is committed to working with state senators to help ensure that what she had to go through will not happen to other families.

Although it is Avonda's sincerest hope that other families will not have to endure the pain and suffering that comes with the tragic loss of a child, she wishes to provide a beacon of hope to those who do. The Jacob Fox Foundation was established to provide some measure of peace to those families who find themselves in the unfortunate position of having to deal with such tragedy, and to give comfort in knowing that they do not have to go through it alone.

Currently Avonda is a member of NACCRRA Parent Advisory Council. Avonda’s is a legal assistant & seeking a degree in Business Management.

Avonda is married and is the proud mother of four boys, Keyth, Jacob, Dyllan and Bradley.
