Renee Fox - Assistant Director
Renee Fox is a native of Washington, D.C. and relocated to the Dallas area in 1995. Prior to moving to Dallas, Renee enjoyed a diverse working career in the private sector, the highlight of which was as an office administrator for a governmental consulting firm and lobbyist.
Upon joining the Dallas workforce, Renee entered the personnel staffing industry, and for the past 12 years has successfully navigated the market arena. In her professional capacity, some of the administrative and managerial positions held include Staff Recruiter, Staffing Manager, Director of Placements, and Division Manager.
Along with maintaining a diverse working career, Renee is an active volunteer with several community organizations and has volunteered hundreds of hours of community service to a Washington, D.C. based non-profit organization, The Community Youth Connection, and the Dallas-based non-profit organization, Caring Friends Center.
Jacob Fox was Renee’s grandson. The tragic event of losing Jacob changed the Family and Renee’s goals and agenda forever. Shortly after Jacob’s death, Renee left corporate America to assist her daughter Avonda in establishing and developing the Jacob Fox Foundation.
Renee has a proven track record as a professional, along with a firm commitment to labor and to eradicate needless deaths among children in child care settings through the pursuit of child care reform. Renee’s superior skills as an administrator, communicator, and a decision-maker contribute greatly toward the ongoing growth and success of the foundation. |
