Tonya Goffney
Tonya Goffney is a native of Dallas, Texas. Early on, Tonya's compassion and love for people led her to dedicate herself to the service of others. She has worked tirelessly in community outreach programs, church activities, and provides pro bono legal services.
She earned a bachelor of science degree in Sociology from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University. Tonya practices law in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex focusing primarily in the areas of personal injury, family, and criminal law.
Tonya was ordained in 2007 and her primary mission in life is to win souls for Jesus Christ. She travels teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Tonya loves her family and is the very proud aunt of Christian, Nadia, Kelvion, Makqhuisha, Makyla, Jason, Okazhia, Stephan, Jordan, and Iyana. |

Susan Hoff
Susan Hoff is a native of Midland, Texas. She earned a degree in bilingual/bicultural education from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and completed graduate work in early childhood education at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and post graduate work in public administration and policy analysis at the University of Texas at Dallas. Susan is currently Senior Vice President of Community Impact at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.
Prior to joining the United Way team, Susan was the CEO and President of ChildCareGroup, a Dallas based non-profit organization which is dedicated to promoting, delivering and expanding the best child care services available outside the home. Susan has also worked previously in several nonprofit organizations including Educational First Steps, Good Shepherd Community Center, and Rainbow Days. Her professional experience includes the positions of teacher, child care center director, and parent educator in domestic violence and drug abuse prevention programs. She is a trainer and public speaker, has developed curricula and educational publications for children and adults, and is an accomplished fund developer. Susan is a well known children’s advocate at the local, state, and national levels.
Susan is the past president of the Texas Association for the Education of Young Children and serves on an advisory committee for the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She is a member of the executive committee of the Texas Early Childhood Education Coalition (TECEC) and a member of the advisory board of the Texas Early Care and Education Career Development System and serves on the Board of the National Society for Collegiate Scholars and is a member of the Dallas Social Venture Partners and the Jr. League of Richardson.
Susan and her husband Steve are the proud parents of 3 children, Dustin, Miranda, and Madeline.

Allan Moy
Allan Moy is the owner of PowerPlay! Creative Services, which specializes in working with non-profits, small businesses, and individuals to meet all of their design needs.
Originally from the north Chicago suburbs, Allan holds a Bachelors Degree in Child Development, with a minor in Social Work, from Western Illinois University.
In 1993, Allan opened Rainbow's End Child Learning Center, a nonprofit child care and preschool in Carthage, Illinois, where he served as President and Center Director until moving to Dallas to participate as a founding partner in a startup company in 2000. While in Carthage, Allan worked with numerous nonprofit organizations, serving as a Board Member of the Carthage Area Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Kiwanis Club of Carthage, Committee Chair of Boy Scout Troop 72, and Child Care Judge for the annual 4-H Fair, to name just a few. Locally, Allan currently serves as Committee Chair for Schreiber Methodist Preschool in North Dallas.
Previous to launching PowerPlay! full-time, Allan was employed by ChildCareGroup in the Child Care Assistance (CCA) program, initially as a Children's Program Specialist, working directly with CCA child care providers to assist them with program rules and guidelines, and later as Provider Accounts Supervisor, overseeing the reimbursement of government subsidies to CCA providers for the child care services they administer.
